No tears but excitement for Grade 1

Proud family members took photos and video to capture these milestone moments.

On Tuesday, 8 January, Grade 1 learners entered the gates of Princess Primary School with huge excitement and anticipation of their new start at ‘big school’.

The smiles were infectious as the little ones, their parents and grandparents made their way to the classrooms to meet new friends and the teachers.

The father of one of the Grade 1s, Neo Lethea said, “This is a precious moment for me. To see my daughter start her school career makes me feel very proud. I know that she will work hard to achieve her dreams.”
