Help Wings of Inspiration Care Centre to help little children
The Centre is asking the community to kindly assist with any donation possible of stationery to assist their children with back -to-school supplies for 2019.
Given that it’s the start of the festive season, how about helping the Wings of Inspiration Care Centre by sponsoring Christmas gifts or stationery supplies.
According to the Centre’s co-founder, Kirsten Richardson, January has always been their tight month and for that reason they try to collect as much stationery as possible in December so that they are able to send their children to school with the correct stationery supplies.
With this in mind, they are requesting the community to kindly assist with any donation of stationery to assist their children with back-to-school supplies for 2019.
The Centre is also running an Emergency Once-off Sponsorship Project for the children. They don’t get any form of assistance from the State, which is why they rely on companies and individuals such as you for assistance to keep their babies and children in a loved and cared for environment. They are in dire straits and barely surviving, so they have to depend on the public’s generosity and kindness.
“We care for 74 babies and children aged from birth to 18 years in two Crisis Centres. The children are from abused, abandoned, impoverished and disadvantaged backgrounds. With your help we can provide food, security, and education, and create a stimulating, empowering, nurturing and uplifting environment for them. We would like to appeal to your hearts to assist us with a sponsorship please,” Kirsten said.
Any donations of old/ unwanted clothes, furniture, household goods, bedding, kitchenware, baby stuff, toys, food or anything that can benefit the organisation will be welcomed with much gratitude.
