Eskom urges residents to use electricity sparingly as the grid is still taking strain. Stage 2 load shedding will be implemented from 9am until 10pm.
The Glen Lea substation and Fleurhof distributor have tripped, and technicians are currently working towards full restoration.

Residents can register on https://www.eskom.co.za or on their Mobile MyEskom Customer App (Available from IOS, Windows and Android App stores), to submit any queries they might have. Eskom’s automated system will provide you with a reference number.
