Honeydew once again in Top 10 – for all the wrong reasons
Second most cases in Gauteng reported at Honeydew Police Station.
Crimestatssa.co.za has broken down the cases reported per precinct per province in the country and not only did Gauteng came in at second place with 188 653 cases, but Honeydew precinct came second in Gauteng with 23 922 cases.
These cases were reported between April 2017 and March 2018. The Western Cape came in at number one with 202 872 cases. The province with the least reported cases, taking into consideration the population size, was the Northern Cape with 43 861 cases.

In Gauteng, Johannesburg Central Police Station was the worst with 26 861 cases reported. Honeydew was followed by Pretoria Central (19 937), Hillbrow (18 984), Sunnyside (17 420), Sandton (17 282), Midrand (16 460), Kagiso (15 970), Dobsonville (15 912) and Temba (15 905).
