What is wrong with this useless failure of a municipality?
It is now the fifth time this year that my dustbin was not moved to the collection point. It is left outside my gate, just about six metres from my neighbour’s which is usually taken every week.
As I have mentioned before, this is theft as I pay my account every month, but do not get the service. Is this council, as it’s predecessor, above the law?
