Violent beggar at it again
According to the law, it is the Police's responsibility to take such a person to a place of safety for her own as well as the public's safety.
Motorists as well as pedestrians once again have to take care when travelling in the vicinity of the intersection of Progress Road and Prosperity Avenue in Lindhaven.
The now infamous female beggar who has built a reputation for violently attacking members of the public is at it again. She has been known to physically attack or damage the vehicles of those who do not want to give her alms. On more than one occasion, has she broken off rearview mirrors, pelted cars with rocks and even broken windows with a brick. The Caxton West Rand bakkie counts among the many victims, as she threw a brick through its window earlier this year, narrowly missing the driver.
