30-year-old Tyron Russel Pinker, who went missing on 1 September, has been found – deceased.

They confirmed that they had attended to him in the Casualty Department, but until Tuesday, 4 September, they insisted that he had checked out the same day. The hospital only realised its mistake after a member of the public sent a matron the Record’s article. It was then discovered that his body was lying in the hospital’s morgue.
The family declined to disclose any more information.
