Insurance company explains hijacking video’s case
Many viewers asked same question.
In the light of a video that the Record published yesterday, Outsurance has answered an interesting question raised by many of the viewers of the video.
Many wanted to know whether, since the lady purposely reversed her vehicle into that of the hijackers, the insurance company would pay out her claim.

Outsurance’s Head of Client Relations had the following to say: “The primary cause of this damage was the attempted hijacking.
The driver here did not cause intentional or malicious damage to her vehicle. If comprehensively insured, we would deem this a valid claim and there would be cover.”
