The 35-year-old Tyron Russel Pinker has gone missing from Helen Joseph Hospital this past Saturday (1 September).
According to his sister, Shani Broderick, “On Friday 31 August my brother and a work colleague went to Ball Breakers, a local pool hall, and met up with another colleague.
“One of the colleagues later left as Tyron and his friend and another person wanted to go out. As I understand from what I was
told, an altercation broke out in the car between Tyron and the third person who had joined them. That person hit Tyron over the head with a bottle and beat him.

“The driver of the vehicle then asked Tyron and the man who had beaten him up to get out of the car. He left them on the side of the road somewhere in Florida. I called the hospitals and found that Tyron had been admitted to Helen Joseph Hospital and was discharged on 1 September. I could not get any information as to who had brought him in or how he got from the Florida area all the way to Helen Joseph Hospital. I reported him as missing at Brixton Police Station.”
• He is tall and slender (1.8m)
• Weighs about 80kg
• He has dark-brown shortish hair, brown eyes and is usually clean shaven
