They first visited the Floroma Old Age Home and Frail Care Centre, where they were welcomed by their social worker, Youlanda Fouché, and then went to the Sentrum vir Bejaardes / Centre for the Elderly where they were welcomed by the centre manager, Jolene Peyper.
