The AA has published a statement in response to the unaudited mid-month fuel price data released by the Central Energy Fund.
The anticipated hike is due to international oil price changes, as is usually the case.

“International oil prices see-sawed during the first half of July, but remained within a fairly narrow band and did not contribute substantially to the price rises we are anticipating for next month,” said the AA.
Motorists can expect to pay 19c more per litre for petrol, 13c per litre more for diesel and 22c per litre more for illuminating paraffin.
