Community invited to attend market
Money raised will be used to install CCTV cameras
The Lions Club of Wilro Park, together with the Kruin Community Voluntary Association (KCVA) will be hosting their first community market on 28 July.
“We would like to invite the community to come and enjoy the day with us, while at the same time supporting the community we live in. All money raised on the day will be used to install more CCTV cameras in our streets, in order to make it a safer place for all to live in,” said Sandy van Heerden, the Public Relations Officer of the Wilro Lions Club.
The market will include a variety of food and refreshment stalls, a coffee and cake shoppe, gifts, crafts, arts, jewellery, a safe kid’s zone with jumping castles and much more. “There will definitely be something for everyone,” Sandy said.
The market will take place from 9am to 3pm at the Lions Club of Wilro Park Community Centre, 16 Belladonna Street, Roodekrans and entry is free.
