Florida Police recover three firearms

One firearm was stolen during house robbery.

The Florida Police recovered three firearms last week, one of which was stolen during a house robbery in KwaZulu-Natal.

Last Wednesday, 27 June, police received a tip-off that there was a man carrying a firearm at the mine dumps near the Jerusalem informal settlement (formerly the Roodepoort Rugby Club’s grounds). On arrival, they saw about six suspects who ran away when they saw the police. The police managed to catch one suspect who was carrying a firearm in a maroon school bag.
