Holiday fun at Sparrow Village

Holiday programme for Sparrow's young ones

The children from Sparrow Ministries in Maraisburg took part in a holiday programme that kept them entertained.

Part of this programme was hosted by Teen Spirit Foundation, a Florida-based non-profit organisation. Its aim is to bring children together by addressing the challenges they face in their daily lives.

They focus on self-empowerment and development, which are based on a healthy self-image. The children were encouraged to stay fit through various seated, yet productive and fun health sessions, which was presented by the Foundation’s professional dancer, Boipelo Keikelame. She will be competing in the Dancing World Cup in Barcelona in June.

Dipuo Keikelame and Partsan Khanyile, the founders of the Foundation, thanked everyone who contributed to the success of the programme.
