WARNING: Criminals ingenious way to target motorists
Motorists must be extra vigilant.
Criminals have yet again invented an ingenious new way to target their victims.

In order to get motorists to stop for whatever nefarious goal the criminals have, they take a few nails and mount them through a small plastic base. They then put this contraption in a black polythene bag and leave it in the road.
Since it is quite inconspicuous and innocent-looking, motorists will not try to avoid it, but when they drive over it, it will damage their tyres and force them to stop. The criminals will then use this opportunity to pounce.
