Eight men, all believed to be between the ages of 25 to 30, sustained injuries when a bakkie rolled on the N1 north yesterday afternoon (15 March).
ER24 arrived at the accident scene at approximately 4.45pm and found the men standing next to the bakkie. All of them sustained moderate injuries.

“ER24 transported seven of the injured men to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
Another man was treated at the scene, before being transported to hospital by other emergency services that had also responded to the call,” said Annine Siddal, ER24 spokesperson.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet known, but police attended the scene and further investigations will be conducted.
