Current crime warnings
The Kruin Community Voluntary Association (KCVA) has issued an urgent security alert.
In a post on social media they wrote, “Dear friends, we had two positive breakings in Roodekrans yesterday (13 March) and a hijacking in Naboom Street, west of CR Swart Road.
There was also a suspicious blue BMW circling the block in the northern side of Wilgerood Road during the early hours of this morning (14 March).

Please be on the lookout for the BMW (registration unknown). The crime pattern of the last few weeks shows a high risk period between 10am and 3pm on Wednesdays for housebreakings and robberies.”
