Residents invited to join clean-up initiative

Residents urged to join A Re Sebetseng initiative

The third installment of the A Re Sebetseng clean-up campaign will take place on 25 November.

The councillor for Ward 71, René Benjamin, will be hosting a clean-up initiative in Davidsonville, and she is urging residents to join in. “We will meet at the Davidsonville Recreation Hall at 8.30am. We are aiming to start cleaning up at 9am,” she said.

Everyone who wants to help on the day is advised to bring along a spade, rake or any other equipment that can help during the process. “But, if you do not have any of these tools, just bring yourself,” René said.

Rubbish bags and gloves will be provided for everyone who participates in the clean-up.
