27-year-old Ngoy Milamby has been missing since 19 September.
He is tall, slim and weighs 69kg. He has black eyes and hair, a broad nose, thick lips and protruding ears. He was last seen leaving his home at Samoa Gardens in Horizon View at about 9am. He was wearing black trousers and a black jacket. He was allegedly seen leaving on a black motorcycle, make and model unknown.
