I would like to thank an employee from the Department of Labour in Roodepoort for the good work he has done. I feel that many people are very negative about Government organisations and the people that work hard are often overlooked.
I filed a UI19 form for maternity benefits and Abram Motsepe assisted me. He gave me all of his contact details, including his personal number, and continuously kept me updated on my case.
But, he went a step further, and assisted me by personally contacting an employer who refused to assist with a few documents for my case.
I just want to say thank you to Abram as well as the Department for the great service I received. Keep it up!
