22 arrested during special ops
The suspects were detained at Roodepoort Police Station.
This past Friday and Saturday (8 and 9 September) the Roodepoort Police arrested 22 suspects during stop-and-search operations.
The suspects were aged between 19 and 53 and were arrested on the following charges – possession of dagga, being drunk in public, fraud, attempted house-breaking and malicious damage to property, common robbery, possession of stolen property, possession of drugs, shoplifting, failing to comply with maintenance, rape, murder, theft and an undocumented person.
