UPDATE: Second fatality in this evening’s liquor store robbery
Sadly paramedics could not save his life
The Record earlier reported that at around quarter past six this evening, 2 September, an armed robbery took place at the Pick n Pay centre on CR Swart Road at the liquor store.
Sadly one of the APCAN officers has just passed away after emergency services fought relentlessly to save his life.
