Florida cops in dock again – case postponed
Investigating officer could not attend.
The two members of the Florida Police, Shumane ‘Nancy’ Moshoeshwe and Rudzani Tadisi, who are facing charges of theft, assault and intimidation, appeared in court for third time on Monday, 26 June, in their bid to obtain bail.

They appeared in front of Magistrate Baloyi in Court I at the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court, but the case had to be postponed to 7 July because the investigating officer had been urgently summonsed to the High Court for another case. The two accused will remain in custody.

It is alleged that the female accused had strong ties with the drug world and at one stage even dated a notorious Nigerian national.
