National Beverage Day
Enjoy your favourite beverage on #NationalBeverageDay
6 May is National Beverage Day, which is celebrated annually – so, sit back, relax, and enjoy your favourite beverage.
Beverages come in various shapes, sizes and flavours. They can be hot, cold, blended, shaken, alcoholic, non- alcoholic, sweet, sour, smooth, dry, freshly squeezed, frozen or any other type – the possibilities are endless!
Everyone gets to celebrate their favourite beverage today, but, remember, if your beverage contains alcohol, you should drink responsibly.
Celebrating National Beverage Day is very easy – just enjoy your all-time favourite beverage! You can either buy it from the store, or try your hand at making it yourself. But, the best way to celebrate, is to sing a beverage inspired song while enjoying your tasty beverage!
The list of favourite beverage songs includes the following:
• Beer for My Horses by Toby Keith and Willie Nelson
• Red, Red Wine by UB40
• All Summer Long by Kid Rock
• I Drink Alone by George Thorogood and the Destroyers
• Tub-thumping by Chumbawumba
• Lemon Tree by Fools’ Garden.
