‘Silver Audi gang’ allegedly arrested
It is alleged that two suspects were arrested.
The Record has received unconfirmed reports that the ‘Silver Audi gang‘ has been arrested earlier this morning.
There are conflicting reports as to the circumstances surrounding the arrest but it is believed that police members recognised the vehicle parked at Witpoortjie Pick n Pay by its damaged back window. Earlier this year the vehicle was involved in an armed robbery at Westgate Shopping Centre. When a chase ensued the police shot out the back window.
It is alleged that two suspects were arrested.
