National Underwear Day
Walk around the house in your undies on #NationalUnderwearDay
When we hear National Underwear Day is on 5 August, the first words that come to mind today is that of your mother saying, “always wear clean underwear in case you are in an accident!”
Freshpair founded this day in 2003 as an unofficial national holiday.
Underwear are worn underneath your clothes to help protect outer clothes from sweat. It is also worn to protect the wearer’s modesty or to make them look sexy.
Underwear can shape the body by lending support to certain parts of the body and it also provides extra warmth in cold weather.
Special types of underwear may have religious importance.
T-shirts and certain types of shorts can be used as both under- or outerwear and it made from a suitable fabric, it can be used as night- or swimwear.
To celebrate today embrace your body image. If you are shy or bashful you can wear your underwear around the house when nobody is home.
