This is a big step in the right direction to legalize
Marjuana for patient use.
I do experience healing with Cannabis oil and would be
glad if there is a way to legally plant and harvest Marjuana and make Cannabis
oil.
I will by happy if a permit and control register can be issued and I will commit to grow and harvest only to produce the oil and
ointment. Smoking is not healthy at all.
