New taxi rank must be illegal

This is ridiculous! Across from Horizon gate shopping centre is a new taxi rank!

Unofficial of course and worse so dangerous that even the kids crossing the road from Westridge and Horizon View fear for their lives. Where do these taxi’s come from! I thought they were not manufactured any more! Surely them standing there is illegal. This is not a designated parking area? Something should be done!
