They are very irresponsible

Concerned Helderkruin resident writes:

I wish to respond to the story last week in the Roodepoort Record which read “How could parents be so cruel”.

I would just like to say that these parents who just leave their kids alone like that so late on a Friday evening are very irresponsible and careless.

It is so dangerous to be out these days and especially if you are only primary school children.

Can’t these parents organise for them to be taken home or to a after care programme?

If you really love your children then make a plan to keep them safe, instead of leaving alone at school like that.
