Going the extra mile

I want to say a very big thank you to Kuothatso of Vodacom Westgate (next to Game) for going the extra mile in helping me sort out problems on my computer.

In this day and age to get such helpful, caring and friendly service was indeed a huge surprise to me and Vodacom can be very proud of this Technical Support employee – one usually gives criticism but I want to give him all the credit he deserves.
