Our experience was a nightmare

In response to the letter that Flora Clinic was the best, all I can say was for us it was a nightmare from beginning to end.

The nursing staff were not interested in assisting, you could press the buzzer for hours before someone came to assist. The cleanliness was disgusting, filthy toilets, floors not cleaned.

The patient got the Superbug in ICU as no measures to control visitors or hand washing etc. practised there.

The month in Flora Clinic was a living nightmare and will not set foot in that hospital again.
