The Comrades Marathon may be behind us but that does not mean that dedicated runners will take a back seat and wait for next year’s race.

Golden Reef Running Club is already preparing its runners for next year’s event.

The club is organizing their annual Aches and Pains event next week where runners who took part in the Comrades can share their experiences, positive and negative. Meanwhile, this week held their weekly time trials. The results
