Body found in flaming boot

The vehicle was found aflame on the corner of Church Street and Second Avenue, Florida at about 4 am. Once the flames were extinguished, a body was found in the boot, Florida police spokesperson Lydia Dikolomela confirmed. She could not comment further as the case was referred to provincial spokespeople.

Provincial spokesperson Major Mack Mngomezulu confirmed that a murder case has already been opened and will be investigated by the Florida police.

“No suspects have been arrested relating to this case,” Mngomezulu said.

“The motive is still unknown at this point,” he said.
