I just want to inform people about the pest problem in a retail grocery shop in the village@horizon. I went in there on 22 February and while walking past the fresh juice section I spotted a mouse in the basket with the dried fruits. I stopped one of the staff members as she walked past to bring it to her attention. She ran away only to return a few seconds later to show her friend after which they both went to talk in the fruit and veg section and do nothing about it.
I noticed nothing had been done about it after I collected some bread rolls so I went to the guy by the fruit and veg and asked him if he could bring it up to a managers attention about the mouse. He and the security guard at the door thought it was funny and a big joke they also did nothing. I could not find a manager anywhere to inform them.When I phoned after 15 minutes I eventually got hold of a manager and she was not even informed about the mouse. It is just sad to see how customer service in all the shops has gone down and no one cares about there clients anymore.
