Two die in shack fire

“The two were confirmed dead on scene. At this stage the cause of the fire is still unknown, however our fire investigating team are on site,” said Emergency Management Services spokesperson Robert Mulaudzi.

Mulaudzi urged the community, especially those living in informal settlements, to look after their heating and lighting appliances as to avoid starting fires by accident.
