The Jaws of Life had to be used to rescue a man from a vehicle following a collision at the corner of Ontdekkers Road and William Nicol Drive in Floracliffe yesterday afternoon.
According to ER24 spokesperson, Chitra Bodasing the car flipped and landed on its side after colliding with a truck.
ER24 paramedics and Fire and Rescue services were swiftly on the scene.
The man and his passenger were treated for minor injuries and taken to a local hospital for further treatment.
The truck driver did not sustain injuries.
The exact cause of the collision is unknown.
