The net address of popular social media network facebook is currently offline.
It is unclear whether the site is down only in South Africa or internationally.
When one tries to open the website, one’s personal facebook feed appears to load. After a while, a message appears which reads, “account is temporarily unavailable”.
It is currently unclear what caused it being offline.
