Two suspects are to appear in the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court after being caught with dagga.
Police officers were stopping and searching vehicles in the area when they saw two men sitting and smoking on the sidewalk, Roodepoort Police spokesperson Nonhlanhla Khumalo said in a press statement.
“The police stopped and searched them and found dagga in their possession,” she said.
The suspects, 22 and 25 years old respectively, were taken to the police station where they were charged with possession of dagga and detained.
