Two suspects are to appear in the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court after being caught with dagga.
Police officers were stopping and searching vehicles in the area when they saw to men sitting on the sidewalk and smoking on Wednesday 5 November, Roodepoort police spokesperson Nonhlanhla Khumalo said in a press statement.
“The police stopped and searched them and found dagga in their possession,” she said.
The suspects, 22 and 25 years old respectively, were taken to the police station where they were charged with possession of dagga and detained.
