Glitz and glam at business function

The Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Rocci) hosted its Business of the Year cocktail function at Mount Usambara.

The guests were treated to a welcoming drink before they got the opportunity to network with other business owners.

The entertainment was provided by Frok Productions and Boki (Boki Ntsime) from Krugersdorp, an Idols SA 2010 contender who reached the top four spot before he was voted out.

The purpose of the cocktail function was to announce the nominees for the Rocci/FNB 2014 Business of the Year Awards and to present each nominee with a certificate. Winners will be announced at the Gala Awards Event on 1 November at Silverstar Casino.

Isabel Janse van Rensburg from Rocci says the organisation honours businesses whose hard work and innovations created successful business ventures.
