Helderkruin resident Francois Voster wants to extend a warning to the public after an incident that took place at his house on 22 July.
According to Voster three young, well-dressed men in a light-brown Mercedes arrived at his house during the day. They then tried to break down his gate to gain entrance to his property in Elandsberg Street. Luckily Voster’s domestic worker was at home who set off the alarm system. The suspects then fled the scene.
This incident took place a day before three suspects overwhelmed and assaulted a domestic worker in Zircon Street, not far from Elandsberg Street, after which they made off with most of the valuable electronic appliances in the house.
The HelderKloof Neighbourhood Watch has expressed its concern over the fact that the last three incidents in Helderkruin have been of a violent nature.
I saw these guys sitting suspiciously in a dark grey polo vivo near spar. initially I thought they where car jammers so I decided to observe them from a distance. the registration number on the polo BZM 476 L. shortly thereafter a brown Mercedes arrived with a single black male and two guys from the polo got into the Mercedes and drove away. this could’ve been the time when they where going to commit the robbery
