Battle for Gauteng nears the end
It's blue vs green in the final stages of counting.
The DA managed to secure Midvaal, but as for the rest of Gauteng, it would seem that ANC will reign.
At 7.10am the ANC secured the majority of Gauteng including Pretoria where the DA were in the lead yesterday.
The City of Johannesburg, the deciding factor for the DA’s national influence is also firmly in the hands of the ANC at this point. Not all votes in this city had been counted, however, leaving some opportunity for a shift in results.
