On the 14th it will be the 14th valentines day spent with my amazing hubby. How do you express your love for someone that is so perfect? Maybe a dinner for two! That’s a start :). Me and my fiance have 2 beautiful daughters, ages 4 and 5months. The youngest was born 2months premature and subsequently kept in Neonatal ICU for almost 3weeks. The reason for her premature birth was because of the mother’s high-blood pressure, which brought about seizures and rushed to hospital for emergency ceaser. The ordeal was a real eye-opener seeing that I could have lost them both. I seldom show her how much she means to me and kids seeing that everyday commitments keep us both busy. This will be the perfect opportunity to take some time out and devote the whole evening to her and remind her of the important role she plays as both a mother and fiance. She truly deserves to be spoilt a bit. Her self-esteem is low and energy levels dwindling and I truly believe this will remind both of us the importance of takin time out for just us and revive the love that seems to have turned into a duty…
