Kwaito star bail hearing postponed for third time

The bail application of kwaito star Sipho Brickz Ndlovu has been postponed for a third time.

The hearing will resume on Tuesday 19 November in the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court.

Magistrate Piet Kotze indicated that he would make his ruling on Tuesday.

Prosecutor Willem le Roux insisted that Ndlovu was a flight risk even if he handed in his passport and also stated that Ndlovu was a danger to his victim and his wife.

Ndlovu’s laywer, Isaac Makgopi, has argued that Ndlovu was “born and bred here” and that he would not flee. He asked that his client be released on R2 000 bail.
