The man, Omar Bomgaard (79) who was run over by a pizza take away delivery motorcycle on 6 September has passed away on 12 October.
According to his daughter, her father (who loved to walk) has been unconscious since the accident took place in Discovery.
For the duration of the time he was in the Helen Joseph Hospital.
She expressed her unhappiness with the owner of the fast food outlet who she says never enquired about her father’s wellbeing.
