Residents can add a little culture to their entertainment menu at Ster Kinekor Cinema Nouveau this November.

November marks the launch of the 2013/ 2014 season of Live in HD including four new productions from the Metropolitan Opera House.

Cinema Nouveau, together with Ster Kinekor theatres, exclusively presents a country-wide staging of grand opera productions that were filmed at the opera house in New York. It also features a collaboration of veterans in singing, conducting, composing, designing, directing and choreography as well as experts in dancing from all around the world.

This is a great opportunity for audiences to be exposed to remarkable live broadcasts on the big screen at countless sites across the South Africa theatrical platform, starting on Saturday 9 November. Each of the operas will be screened exclusively at all the Cinema Nouveau and selected Ster Kinekor theatres. Residents can visit the Rosebank Nouveau in Johannesburg or the Brooklyn Nouveau in Pretoria.
