Rocci – Leadership that builds
Join Rocci for another informative, enhancing workshop this December.
Rocci hosts presumably the last of its 2013 business workshops on Tuesday 3 December at the Roodepoort Civic Centre.
The Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Rocci) hosted various business-related workshops throughout 2013, aiming to enrich and enhance what businessmen and women in the community have to offer. These workshops are presented to advance new and experienced entrepreneurs.
The aim of the workshop to be presented on 3 December, entitled ‘Leadership that builds’ is to inform the attendees of what leadership actually entails. Type of leadership that leads to progress will be discussed, as well as how to practice leadership that builds individuals and organisations.
The hosts of the workshop, Themba Thandeka Leadership Institute, will alert the audience to the dangers of charisma and share the wisdom of the power that lies within quiet leadership.
The workshop will be held at the Phelindaba Chamber on the first floor of the Roodepoort Civic Centre from 9am to 11am.
