I am a very irate Metrobus Service passenger.
I use the Witpoortjie Metrobus every day with major frustration. They are an extremely unreliable bus service that come and go as they want. We pay for this disgusting service.
They just do not care, if you phone the Metrobus service they are outright rude. You want to complain but you feel what the hell, is it worth it? Nobody listens or cares.
All I can say is what a mess.
This morning I waited from six in the morning, the next bus was at eight o’clock with a clapped out bus from Noah’s ark. Is this a first world bus service, definitely not.
