The baby was found inside a plastic bag - and possibly washed out of a storm water drain
A foetus has been found lying in the middle of the road in Radiokop, this evening, Saturday, 4 April.
According to Vital Med director Eric Nicholls who’s at the scene along with EC Security, the baby was found between Paul Kruger Road and Katode Street.
The baby was found inside a plastic bag – and possibly washed out of a storm water drain, according to Nicholls.
He said Vitalmed and EC Security have since blocked the scene while they wait for the police.
