Referring to Gullible pensioner from Florida’s letter in the Roodepoord Record dated 6 March 2020, who was charged an additional amount for licence discs.
I paid a fine and was given the incorrect change. A difference of R120 but, fortunately I checked before leaving the counter.
After a bit of arguing, the person admitted that she was in the wrong.
Consumers beware and be aware out there.
